Do you ship to the rest of the world ?

We only ship to the United States at the moment, additional countries will be added in the near future.

Can I change my delivery address after I placed an order ?

Has your order not been shipped yet? You can change the delivery address by sending us an email to info@scentsofmood.store or scentsofmood@gmail.com . If your order has already been shipped, please check with USPS via the tracking link in the shipping confirmation whether redirection is possible.

Lost or delayed orders:

If after 20 days your order still has not arrived, contact us. We will subsequently launch an investigation USPS or our insurance partner Route.
